We use USPS with First Class and Priority Shipping options. Tracking numbers are provided with each order. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please upgrade to Priority Shipping. I love my mugs. I didn't request the picture on the ad but instead I supplied my own pictures and was very pleased with both the quality and the cost. The order was filled and ready for pick up fast too! Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a really nice gift. I will be ordering more.
